What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days on any defective or unworn merchandise. A full refund will be issues to the original form of payment. After 30 days from the order shipment date, you can make an exchange or return for store credit.

How do I start a return?

Easy! Shoot us an email at Let us know your Name + Order Number and a short description about the situation. We will quickly sort it out for you.

When can I expect my refund?

We will let you know as soon as we receive your return. Refunds usually take 3-5 days to process depending on form of payment.

I love the product, I just need to exchange for a different size!

Send us an email at with your Order # and the new size that you need. Ship us back the size that didn't work, and we’ll cover the costs for shipping you the new size... We got CHEW!

My product arrived damaged :(

Not cool! Send us an email to and we will take care of it as soon as possible with a replacement item.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Orders can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is being shipped.
