What is your return policy?
Decided you don’t really love your dog THAT much? You can return any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date. A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
How do I start a return?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure you include your Name + Order Number and let us know what’s goin' on.
When can I expect my refund?
We will let you know once we have received your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your billing statement.
What CHEW talkin’ bout Willis? I love the product, I just need to exchange for a different size.
Shoot us an email at email@example.com with your Order# and the new size you need. Ship us back the size that didn't work, and we’ll cover the costs for shipping you the new size...WE GOT CHEW.
My dog’s gear arrived damaged

You sent me the wrong product
Look at your pup’s cute face, think about all the times they’ve made you mad but you had to forgive them cuz they’re THAT CUTE. Now imagine we’re just as cute...then send us an email at email@example.com and we promise to make it up to you like your dog does.
